New Group Fitness Classes!

We are now offering small group fitness classes where you can receive training and build strength. 

Capped at 8 people, this fitness class is an ideal workout for both those looking to push their limits and those who just want to get moving. Move from a dynamic warmup to station based exercises under the watchful eye and coaching of a personal trainer.

Workout with some of the best personal trainers in Long Beach and explore your potential!


Tuesdays - Solid Strength - 5AM
Thursday - Full Body Blitz -  5AM
Sunday - Power Hour - 8AM
