Daniel is an ACE certified personal trainer, licensed and insured with over 17 years of experience in personal training.
Our goal is to create a personalized fitness experience for all of our clients. We will work with you to determine your current fitness level and your goals, putting together a workout plan, advice and support. We provide our clients with a convenient way to exercise under the guidance of a coach in our personal training studio.
Our strength and conditioning programs are based on the scientific evidence that we gather through conducting a Needs Analysis on each of our clients. We are able to create an exercise program that reflects the informed choices needed to create an appropriate training programs for clients of all types.
